Working predominantly in the market research resources industry, Ingrid has a wealth of experience in project and operational management.
Ingrid's significant experience working for FMCG companies has provided Alexium with increased depth, knowledge and skills, which translates into the type of service we offer clients.
As well as being a busy manager, you might find Ingrid watching her teenage daughters play soccer or catching the latest play at the theatre.
Robert Ridge
Projects and Operations Manager

Robert has over twenty years experience in food and beverage management with the last fifteen years at a senior management level.
With an Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management, Robert brings to Alexium a dedicated, enthusiastic can-do attitude which staff and clients respond positively to. Since joining Alexium, Robert has been involved in a broad range of projects lending his expertise in hospitality to deliver a more professional and tailored service.
In his spare time, Robert enjoys going scuba diving (he is a certified scuba diving instructor) and spending time with his family.
Matthew Gibson
Panel Co-ordinator

Graduating with a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting, Matt has been with the group for six years. He has an in-depth knowledge of field work (team leader for three years) and a great understanding of recruitment and field work needs.
He has supervised local and international work and has been in his recent role for over 3 months developing our new consumer panel, Red Galah.
In his spare time, Matt plays cricket and soccer for various clubs and is an enthusiastic chess and poker player.
Ian Ridgeway
Field Operations Co-ordinator

Ian has over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry and has taught a commercial cookery course at TAFE.
Ian joined Alexium in 2007 and conducts the field operations. His role involves managing both the kitchen and storage operations, training, stock control and reporting to management.
When not supervising field work Ian enjoys playing golf, watching rugby league and taking his son to the beach.
Kavya Pani
Field Administrations Co-ordinator

With a background in market research, Kavya joined Alexium to coordinate field administration.
Kavya is experienced in CAPI, CATI and CAMI and understands the methodology and processes in collecting data.
Kavya has a Master of Science Degree from UWS Australia and has completed other courses in nutrition and food service.
Kavya enjoys tennis, music and gardening.
Manjula Jayasuriya
Stats and Data Analysis Manager

Manjula has more than 10 years of market research and data analysis experience and over two years of online programming.
Her particular knowledge and expertise lies with programs such as SPSS, Excel VBA Macro, Web technologies programming and systems analysis and design.
Manjula graduated from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka, with a Bachelor Degree in Mathematics and a Master Degree in Computer Science.
When not in the office, Manjula enjoys listening to classical and country music, playing tennis and badminton, and cooking for family and friends.
Rachel Arkell
Groups Co-ordinator

Rachel initially completed a university degree in Primary School Teaching before deciding to pursue a career in recruitment - teachingss loss is our gain.
Heading our constantly growing groups' panel, each day brings new challenges and triumphs to Rachel's role. We have found her background in customer service has been integral in not only growing the panel but also when dealing with panel members and clients.
When not in the office, Rachel enjoys spending time with her young daughter and entertaining family and friends.
